PAINT BY MoNSTERS

In Paint By Monsters, we utilized Blender to animate rigs that were based on the concepts we had previously developed during production. Following this, we rendered the same animation from eight different perspectives and converted them into pixel art.

JUGGERKNIGHT

​For the Juggerknight, my aim was to craft a movement style that conveyed both weightiness and confidence.

BARBER SURGEON

For this character, the concept was to develop a set of movements that were bouncy and twitchy, highlighting the character's unpredictable nature.

NUCKELAVEE

When working on the Nuckelavee, my goal was to craft powerful and precise movements that conveyed the concept of immense strength and agility.

DANDY

I animated the Dandy with sharp and precise movements, minimizing overshoot to convey a sense of mastery.

MONOPOD

When animating the Monopod I had to focus on animating everything in a way that maintained the character's balance and bouncing motion.

BLEMMEYES

With this character, I aimed for a movement style that felt both heavy and more untamed.
